Most workouts make you choose between pushing your limits and protecting your body. At FORM BY TWO, you don’t have to.

We’re the only Princeton-area studio offering both Lagree and Pilates—two low-impact, high-intensity methods you can customize or combine to create a workout that challenges your strength while honoring your form.

High-intensity, low-impact, spring-resistance workouts that build strength, endurance, and stability.

  • Performed in small group classes (max 10 people) for individual attention.

  • Expect to sweat, shake, and leave feeling stronger — inside and out.

LAGREE

Builds muscular endurance and strength through slow, high-intensity movement.

REFORMER PILATES

Focuses on rehabilitation, mobility, and precise alignment through slow, low-intensity movement.

BOTH METHODS

Powered by form and control. While both methods use spring-based resistance, they have different goals.

Think of Lagree as your CHALLENGE, and Reformer Pilates as your RECOVERY — each taught by certified instructors who specialize in their method and know how to help you move smarter, safer, and stronger.

The best way to experience FORM BY TWO is through our introductory offer. Designed for first-time clients, this gives you a chance to learn the method, feel the burn, and decide if Lagree is right for you.

GETTING STARTED

STUDIO LOCATION

PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY
For your first visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, get familiar with the Megaformer or Reformer, and meet your instructor before class begins.

LOCATION + PARKING
We are located in the courtyard of the Princeton Shopping Center.

For easiest parking, park near Chopt (on the Walgreens side of the center). Walk along the sidewalk toward the opposite side of the courtyard, then turn left. You’ll find us as the third door down, next to Mathnasium.

WHAT TO BRING

To come prepared for the best experience, we recommend bringing the following:

  • Grip socks (required for safety and stability)

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable workout attire you can move and sweat in, fitted enough for our instructors to see your form and alignment

Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Slow, controlled, and intentionally challenging.

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity method focused on strength, endurance, balance, and core stability. Movements are slow and precise, and every class is instructor-led.

If it’s your first time:

  • Let your instructor know you’re new

  • Share any injuries or modifications needed

  • Take breaks when necessary — form and safety always come first

You don’t need prior experience. Just come as you are and we’ll guide you from there.

STUDIO POLICIES

To ensure a smooth class experience, please review our studio guidelines which include:

  • Late arrivals: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class so your instructor can walk you through the Mega Pro and set you up for success. For safety reasons, new clients who are not present at least 10 minutes before class will not be admitted and will be rebooked into another session. For all future classes, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time will not be permitted to join.

  • Phones: To maintain focus and minimize distractions, phones should be silenced and stored away during class.

  • Grip socks: For safety and stability on the Megaformer, grip socks are required.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • FORM BY TWO is located inside the courtyard of Princeton Shopping Center.

    We recommend parking in front of Chopt (on the Walgreens side) & walking along the sidewalk until you reach the opposite side of the courtyard. Turn left & we are the 3rd door down, next to Mathnasium.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes & sessions for safety and sanitary purposes. We have them for purchase at the studio.

    Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout.

    For Lagree classes, we recommend form-fitting clothing to enable you to stay secure on the Megaformer and for our instructors to accurately provide direction & corrections.

    For Pilates sessions, we recommend comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement and flexibility.

    Consider wearing fitted leggings, shorts, or capris along with a breathable tank top or fitted t-shirt. Avoid excessively baggy clothing that may get in the way or restrict movement. 

    Also, please be considerate of others when attending class:

    • Do not wear perfume during classes

    • Apply deodorant prior to attending class

    • Refrain from chewing gum in class

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Your instructor will walk you through the Mega Pro and set you up for success.

    Please note that for your safety, new members that are not present 10 minutes before class, will not be admitted & rebooked into another class.

    For all future classes, arrive at least 5 minutes before class to put your things away, slip on your grip socks and find your station.

  • Absolutely! Our instructors will coach your form and pace every step of the way. Classes are small (10 max), so you’ll always get personal attention.

  • When you first arrive, please check-in at the front desk tablet. 

    You can store your items in the provided cubbies at the front of the studio & put your grip socks on. 

    Introduce yourself to the instructor (once the previous class is finished), let them know it’s your first class and inform them of any injuries or pre-existing conditions that may impact your class participation. 

  • Instructors will provide all class participants with a cleaning cloth to wipe down all surfaces. Please make sure to drop the cloth in the towel bin when you leave!

    Feel free to ask our instructors or staff any questions you may have after your session. 

    And…don’t forget to book your next class!

  • No, FORM BY TWO does not have shower facilities. However, we do provide select amenities in our restroom (e.g. deodorant, dry shampoo, small towels, etc.).

  • We offer private Reformer Pilates sessions - perfect for rehabilitation, flexibility or form improvement. They are separate from group Lagree classes.

Complimentary parking is available throughout the Princeton Shopping Center. Our studio is located inside the courtyard.

RESTROOMS + CHANGING AREA

A private restroom and changing area are available for your convenience, stocked with dry shampoo, deodorant, and hairspray. Please note, we do not offer showers.

WATER REFILL STATION

Refill, refresh, repeat — filtered water is always available. Please remember to bring your own bottle.
