We're Moving to a New Booking Platform

As of Monday, July 13, 2026, we've transitioned to a new booking system to create a smoother, more user-friendly experience.

Moving forward, all class bookings, purchases, memberships, and account management will take place through our new platform. Depending on your current account status, please follow the instructions below.

If You Have Active Classes, Memberships or Packages

Good news! Your account and any remaining class credits have already been transferred to the new system.

Note: Active Members should receive an email from FORM BY TWO in the afternoon of Monday, July 13 with directions to setup their account.

If You Do Not Have Active Classes or Packages

If you don't currently have any active credits, simply create a new account:

1. Visit http://www.formbytwo.com/login

2. Click "Sign Up"

3. Create your account and you're ready to go

You can then use the Schedule page to book classes and purchase memberships or class packages.

Important Information

If you were booked into a class on Momence that takes place after Monday, July 13, we'll transfer your reservation into the new system for you.

If you don't see your upcoming booking by the evening of Monday, July 13, please reach out to us at info@formbytwo.com and we'll be happy to help.

Our new booking platform also has a mobile app available, making it even easier to manage your schedule on the go.
