Foundations

Perfect for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone new to fitness. This class introduces the Lagree method through foundational movements with a strong focus on proper form, alignment, and slow engagement of the correct muscles. Foundations classes are always challenging, building strength from the ground up while keeping movement safe and intentional. First-time guests are limited to booking Foundations.

All-Levels

Designed for those ready to level up. Expect a modifiable, challenging Lagree workout that builds on the basics, with more variety and increased intensity. While open to all levels, beginners are encouraged to start with Foundations.
